It has begun!!!!

It is that time...BASEBALL!!! There is no doubt this is my favorite sport and I love it even more that my son plays, is pretty good, and he loves it!!! He had his first game of the season last night and here are a few of the pictures. We won 16-0!!

That is Kale, the one that has that grub on playing back-catcher!! I think he is so stinking cute decked out in all his baseball stuff!

This is one part that I am actually glad that I am a women and a mom. Since we were told Kale will be playing catcher, his coach said to make sure he was 'well protected.'

Kale was introduced to the Cup. It was dads job to explain to him why he needed it and what exactly it does.

This year is his first year on the pitching machine. Kale was at bat twice and hit it both times!! He hit a triple and a single. He also had RBIs, I am just not sure if it was 1 or 2! I was so proud of him.

This is Kale on first base and I feel I need to explain what exactly is wrong with this picture. Kale completely does not match at all. This is what I get for sending Paul to get his baseball gear for this year. He never ever considered that their jerseys may be maroon and red does not match. So I blame all of the mis-match socks and helmet on Paul. Ha

Kale also plays 2nd base. He did an amazing job last night and I am so proud of him.

I am sorry, but I am sure this is the first of many baseball post from now to June.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!! We had a great Easter here in the Houston house hold!! We went to Church and watched the Easter pageant performed but members of the Church and it was Awesome!!

This is one of the few family photos that we have! Thanks to our wonderful neighbor for offering to take our picture!

Fallon was all about posing for pictures! She looked so cute!

Kale on the other hand was not all about taking pictures, but he did look handsome!

I never did get a good picture of the 2 of them, there always seemed to be a distraction, ha!

Then we made our way out to my ever so awesome in-laws!!
My nephew Hunter and Kale waiting patiently to hunt eggs! There were about 150 eggs hidden, Paul tends to become a kid during all of this and he went a little over board, but the kids had a blast!

Then the race was off and kids were running everywhere to find the eggs! There were 5 kids looking for 150 eggs! It was a sight to see!

But it wouldn't be a day without a mishap especially from Fallon. We are not sure how she did it but it looked horrible and she didn't cry. I was about to cry for her. You could tell she was really hurting, but she is a tough one!

But there is nothing better than Papaw rocking her and making it all better!
